Haven't heard anything back yet, so posting here for a followup.

Exchanging e-mail addresses has not been contingent on tipping in the past. The board requires us to send our requests to admin to arrange the exchange.

Have the rules been changed since CZ took over?

Not in any way I am aware of.

Clarifying that I give on the RfM fund drives was the purpose of my post, and that it is not required for us to exchange information such as our e-mail addies.

Just for clarification I sent an email exchange to CZ to his email as he requested in his opening statement and he obliged me for which I am grateful. However, if he hadn't the time I would have been more than fine with that.

I always go by all the old sayings and this time I would say, Never look a gift horse in the mouth.
