I've stood next to Nelson. I'm 6'3". He's shorter than I by two or three inches. Your guess of 6'0" seems pretty close. He could be 6'1" but not taller.
Where the rest are concerned, I have no clue except that I've read Monson was 6'3".

I suspect that the average height of all general authorities today is 2 to 3 inches more than the average in Brigham's time. Just like the rest of the population.
