My first thought was that it would be steam, not milk, since the babies are spirit babies. Then I thought, but the mothers are flesh and blood because they have been resurrected, so their bodies would produce milk. And, how does a flesh and bone mother make a spirit baby. Or are the spirit mother's spirits and how does that work if Heavenly Father is flesh and blood. This gets really complicated. And this confused me greatly until I remembered the answer:
God works in mysterious ways! It's all magic and no master magician reveals how his tricks are done. No need to worry your little head about any of it. Everything will be revealed in the hereafter.

Oh, you guys are just asking too many of the eternal mysteries that we are not yet ready for understanding. Are these things we need to know to progress towards the CK? If they are then God will let His prophet know and we will then be enlightened at the next General Conference. Maybe in October we will get these answers.

Without boobs, it *can't* be "heaven." It just can't.

That's oK. Create your own afterlife. It's as valid as anything else! :-)
Even worse (cause I don't really care about this issue), if nobody has to eat then there won't be any asses in heaven-at least not as they are now. What will all of us gay guys do?
The word of god is spiritual nourishment, so perhaps celestial boobs work like some sort of transmitter of elohim's daily devotional or they emit his stream of consciousness (but only when sucked on).
I've also wondered about what perfect poop will be like. Since no unclean thing can enter the kingdom of god, I figure perfect poop somehow never leaves a mess and is likely odorless or perhaps perfumed. Perfect could have meant perfectly smelly, by the way, but that would likely violate the cleanliness rule. Also, I would expect there is never any irregularity.
Are the microbes that inhabit the digestive tract of celestial beings immortal?
