Lets see, again.
As far as we know, (and please correct this statement, if there is any substantive historical contradiction to it) Adolf Hitler never actually pulled the trigger/ threw the switch / opened the valve / yanked the lever on any of the millions of victims that died during the Halocaust that he precipitated and then presided over, but there is no hesitation in labeling Hitler as a mass murderer.
