I moved into a new old house yesterday. I had a lot of stuff done to the house before I moved in to get this older home back on its feet.

There's still a lot to do. A lot to do. Luckily I do have some great help from a honeybunny.

I am going to enjoy some ice coffee and play on my computer. Probably go out to the car a little later and bring in the two boxes of books that have been sitting out there for the last few days and put them on my book selve where they are suppose to be. I also have to call my dad to wish him a happy fathers day later too.

I've been painting my fence. It was a lot of work but more rewarding than 3 hours of church ever was. Later I'm going shopping so it is going to be another productive Sunday.

Trying to decide what to do with my day, still waking up, well sort of. Had breakfast of cereal w/blueberries at 7 a.m. Now I had brunch of Greek yogurt w/granola bar and a cup of tea.

Watched some news and a prayer hour on television. Perusing the net. Hoping they catch the two fugitives on the run from an upstate New York prison. One of the killers committed the last murder he's serving time for in the town where I reside. That news has been keeping us on the edge of our seats. There was a raid of his half-brother's house last week in one town over from where I am, but the SWAT team found nothing. The half-brother fears for his safety, because he was a witness against Richard Matt in his last trial. Richard Matt told him he'd kill him for testifying against him, and now he's roaming the streets, who knows where he might end up until he's caught again?

Just chilling all together. Weather is still bad. Cold and rainy. so we decided to have a day in PJ's. Had a good breakfast and later we will order something from delivery. Maybe Chinese. or a greasy pizza.
We are watching some TV , Family Guy right now and browsing the net - RfM, FB, YT and Etsy. Lazy Sundays are great and even more when you know that you don't have to dress up for people you actually can't stand just to listen to people you can't stand and fake it for 3 hours.

Finally off on Sundays! I've gone grocery shopping, 2 loads of laundry, cleaned living room carpets, and dishes.

NOW, I'm going to the Church of The Backyard Garden and its only 10:35 am!

Sunday rocks!

Coffee, interwebs & quality doggy time.

Midday will bring something grilled.

Evening is still undecided.

Isn't that what Sunday's are for?

My favorite day of the week. And it has been since I googled "real mormon history".

I'll head off to the gym for a bit and then give my girlfriend some giggity. Should be a productive day.

Sounds like a great Sunday. Much better than hours wasted at church.

Went shopping in a few stores. Then I started work at 2. I'm having a hard time concentrating on work, so I stop by here now and then.

Boyfriend will be by to grill ribs and have corn on the cob, too.

My day off is tomorrow. CAN'T WAIT.

Drove down to our local slice of paradise, Waterton Lakes National Park, had lunch on the patio of the Bayshore Chop House (yum) overlooking Upper Waterton Lake and Vimy Mountain. I had a couple pints of fine Canadian craft beer and my wife had a Caesar...all great. Then down to Cameron Falls to take a few touristy pics to post on our facebook page (look us up) then home to our doggies. On the way there, we passed 3 Cult churches that were just letting out....suckers....I knew I was gonna have a better afternoon than any of them.

Slept in. Went for a six mile run. Now just relaxing at home with a good book. Much better than Sundays when I was in the cult.

DH and I are sharing this Father's Day weekend with our three adult children and their spouses/significant other in a quaint, oceanside cabin at Kalaloch Beach in the Olympic National Park in Washington.

This morning we strolled down the beautiful beach and explored the amazing tide pools, skipped rocks in the pools of the creek estuary, and hiked along the spectacular coastline. We grilled thick steaks and fresh corn on the cob for dinner and will go build a big fire on the beach to watch the fantastic sunset! Only the Best for the one and only Love of my Life, and the Best Father ever!
