playing at movie theaters? I'm thinking of going to a matinee tomorrow afternoon and it's going to be one of these two movies. Or go see "Jurassic World" again. has anyone here seen any of these two movies? Thanks for the help!

I just saw Terminator. I was pretty good, but not as good as Magic Mike!

My son wants to go see Terminator.

We've all seen J. W. and Inside Out.

JW caused my 11 yo to have nightmares. Though he went twice. I liked it, but.... I definitely picked up more the second time around. I missed a few of the implications from the first, and was disappointed that it was basically a 'reboot' of the show, though acknowledged that it was further down the line.

Inside Out is a tear jerker. I thought it wouldn't really be worth the money, so made sure to go to the matinee and I thought it would be more of a comedy. Take some tissues. It was worth the money after all. I think it does a pretty good job of explaining a certain condition, though it doesn't address it properly, and doesn't address the possible need for medications.

Like I said, I haven't seen Terminator, however a daughter previewed it (paid previewer) and said it isn't as good as the original. That's all I could get out of her.

Rotten Tomatoes gave "Inside Out" 98% and praising reviews. If you liked "Up", you should love it.

Saw Inside Out last weekend. Took the 7 year old. I think I liked it more than she did. Very cute, funny and sad all at the same time.

I saw Inside Out last weekend with my adult daughter and 3 of my 5 grandkids. The boys, who are both 6 laughed at it since it's full of action and great color, but I think the humor is over their heads. My 12 year old granddaughter loved it.

I really liked it too, and was amazed and some of the thoughts that were presented.

It's well worth seeing. Terminator will be on DVD within 90 days so you can probably wait for that :)

Everyone I know who has seen this Terminator sequel say that it is horrible, & the worst in the franchise by far.

Is it as bad as "Terminator Salvation"?? Which didn't feel like anything like the first three movies? Isn't this supposed to be a "reboot" and partial remakes of 1 and 2??

It's actually far worse from what I've heard.

Not a reboot technically, but a time line screw up sequel.

Yes, kind of like that, but a very bad implementation of that kind of story line.

I haven't seen Terminator, so I can't help you there.
But Inside Out just might be the best Pixar movie yet. That's saying something.

I'll have to wait until next Saturday for either one of them. Although my heart is kinda set on the Terminator movie out of curiosity... There's just too much stuff happening today with July 4th. I even got a bonus with my TBM dad: he had another semi big depression attack. Of which I got my younger brother was off today to calm him down.Thank goodness!

I'm sorry to hear that, SII. Holidays can often trigger depression to one degree or another. It's not at all unusual.

I don't know if you like disaster movies, but I enjoyed San Andreas. It's a very good example of the genre -- nonstop action.
