Today my Dad asked if I ever heard of a website called "mormonthink"

I decided to play dumb and say no.

"So what is mormonthink about?" I asked.

"Its one of those anti websites" he replies.

"Oh really? What makes you say that? How did you hear about it?"

"Well I remember you telling me there were several different versions Joseph Smith said about his first vision and they had an article about it on the anti site... is that where you heard it from?"

"Oh no, ive never been on any anti mormon site. I get all my info off of LDS.org They have a big essay on joseph smiths different stories he told as his audiences changed, the church only likes the last one he told though. But it must not be anti if both sites have the same information, right?"

And then the conversation ended.

I guess this is a sign of the last days. "Anti" mormon info comes straight from the church's own website.

Hopefully he thinks about the connection I tried to make about mormonthink.

I wonder if your dad is aware that pro-Mormon groups such as FAIRMormon admit that there are different versions of the first vision:

I dont think he knows what fairmormon is either. He just happened to stumble onto mormonthink the other day.

I dont know if someone else told him it was an "anti" site though because ive always found mormonthink to be pretty fair.

More fair than fair mormon anyway

But maybe thats all just bias,
