My standard Friday night drink for a number of decades, dark Captain Organ rum and diet Pepsi.

Captain Organ. I imagine his picture on the front of the bottle has a little different emphasis.

I bought two bottles of wine today. The Cabernet Sauvignon to drink with my barbeque salmon dinner and the Zinfandel to have on hand for another day down the road. Sonny says he would prefer the Zin. "But I want the Cab," I whined. "The Zin will go much better with your salmon," he insisted. I relented (because its a small thing and I'm that kind of mom) and opened the Zinfandel.

Sonny was right.

He chose.... wisely.

Can't do the alc stuff any more (for physical reasons) so I'm indulging in my Friday Nite chocolate shake! Major yummers!
