O/T who makes the best vitamin gummies for men?? Is there

A best tasting one and has all your vitamins etc.. Also are there any vitamin gummies for guys in their 40's or just those over 50!???

GNC has a chewable (and a gummy).

Pills (two a day), are the best so far as supplement content is concerned (when compared to chewables or gummies).

The GNC chewables are adequate so far as supplement content is concerned .

So far as supplement content is concerned, the GNC gummies are better than Centrum or One A Day.

We don't have Smith's here (I don't think we do, anyway), and I haven't been in a Wal-Mart since my Dad died, so I have no idea what either of them carry.

Unless you've been diagnosed with a vitamin deficiency, you probably don't need to be taking vitamins. Taking more vitamins than you need doesn't make you extra healthy.

Some of us have an absorption issue with our gut and vitamins are a necessity. We use the Costco adult gummies. I guess they are OK.

But a lot of vitamin/supplement takers haven't been diagnosed with a deficiency because they're anti-doctor to begin with.
