ANYTHING! Absolutely anything I do today will be better than the boredom and torture of attending an LDS church meeting(s). I look forward to cleaning toilets, as long as they aren't in a church meeting house, more than going to TSCC.

I have to work later this afternoon into the early evening. Until then I am sitting on my ass playing on my computer, enjoying some ice coffee and probably do some crocheting. After work, I will probably come home and do the same thing.

Headed to the club. Best way to start the day and the fewest people there.

Pretty much the same thing every Sunday I'm off. I spend it with my boyfriend. We'll have breakfast somewhere, maybe go for a motorcycle ride, maybe a movie. It is just nice to have Sundays off now and then. I didn't used to, but I'd rather work every Sunday than ever go to church (any church) again.

A rare day home in Seattle. A friend's husband's birthday, so I baked some things.

Would much rather stay home, coffee & internets all day.

Feeling under the weather...our local CBS station isn't showing the Steelers/Packers game and since my SO is from Pittsburg, we are listening to the game on Steelers radio. It's better than nothing.

Watching ER downloads while I drink wine from New Zealand.

I'm going to a birthday party/dinner for my ex mother in law, who will be 86 on Tuesday. She's in pretty good health, considering her age.

I have always enjoyed her company. She loves my grandkids and has been a great baby sitter and I'm grateful that she didn't treat me like a pariah when her daughter and I divorced, like many of the stories I've read on RfM.

Had morning coffee, fixed breakfast, went for hike, reloaded bird feeder, just relaxing,,

Chillen like a villan.

I went to my Anglican parish for mass this AM. So far it is a very good day.

Listening to great classic music videos on YouTube...where you can find anything in this world for no money at all!

Then later I'll go looking for the cat and pull her out of the heat.

And in the evening I'll break out those pork chops I bought.

babies woke up at 5:00 then went back to sleep and let us sleep. They're now wake but mellow. I hope no one is getting sick. I'm reading the newspaper in bed with both bbies and wife in bed with me now.

Pamper my houseplants (African Violets and Orchids have been favorites the past few years).

Watched a very pretty blue lizard on my walkway.

Family updates.

Maybe do some laundry or tidy a room.

Savor being alive another day.

Wow, that's a busy sounding Sunday.

Both my kids stayed home with me today! Its been fun so far, we built some legos and my eyes really hurt now. My wife went alone today, hopefully soon she will see that its more important to be with her family rather than going to a church that cares more about her money than her.

OK, you can call me a glutton for punishment but I've been watching the Joseph Smith Papers on BYUtv.

It's hysterical seeing learned doofusses parse poorly written comic books for inane trivia about supposed super-heroes.

being that this is back to school time, We just delivered our youngest daughter to Texas A&M for her freshman year. Whoop!

We saw our son and grandkids off at 8AM as they headed to their home 300 miles to the north and then I headed in for morning coffee and discussion with my little group of movers and shakers...

I guess that doesn't sound very fun, but is sure beats sitting in church.

Shopping, cheesecake at a nice Viennese Patisserie, a drink in a pub and a nice walk home.

We had the first free Sat/Sun since our pea was born. My Sis sitted her and we spent a good time together as a couple in a cute Hotel.... sooo needed.

Stake Conference today. Wife calls it "free sluff day".

I'm watching a Jesse Stone (Tom Selleck) marathon.

Binge-watching "Supernatural" and drinking prosecco in my pajamas. I'm on season 6!

Today I did yardwork in spurts. It was too warm to do it all at once under the hot afternoon sun. So I did a section. Time out. Another section. Time out. Finally I finished in the last lap, and called it a wrap.

The yard, and neighbors, thanks me.

Now I'm chatting with one of my children in Japan. That's the kind of down time I live for.

Although it's Monday morning there already.

Mowed the lawn (before it gets god-awful hot again this week). Or what's left of it in the drought.

Spent some time here pointing and laughing at TSCC. Always makes Sunday better.

Took a nap, while sort of watching the Wyndham Open.

Played with my newborn daughter. A lot. She's amazing.

Made chicken fettucini for dinner, with home-made garlic bread and a nice cool salad.

Helped a girl I've been working with for 2 years get her math homework done (on Skype) for tomorrow.

Going to kick back and watch a movie tonight. Recorded "The Theory of Everything" the other night and haven't watched it yet.

Did NOT go to church. Or to Julian to get a pie (too lazy!). :)

Airshow. Vrooom!!!

Slept until 10, coffee on the patio, baked biscuits and made soup, long walk with dog, watched non edifying TV, listened to rock music.
