Has there ever been a time when a mormon has poked fun of the LGBT community (in nothing more than a sincere jest of humor) like in a video or something or a blog?

Someone I know is pulling the "I'm feeling just as "persecuted" for being a Mormon as a gay person might feel for being gay"....

ETA: There was an asswipe on YouTube who called himself "MormonAnswerMan." He verbally bashed gays all the fucking time, and he blamed California wildfires on the legalization of gay marriage. I think his YouTube channel is gone, but yeah, there are plenty of Mormons who bash gays.

Hell, there are plenty of Mormons who wish their gay children dead.

Thank you for that. I have often referred to that quote, but to see the delivery and the response is very telling of who BKP was which we knew, but also, who Mormons are. They really aren't followers of the apostles, they are their fan base.

That bit of video is gold. It is frightening to a reasonable person.

I'd read the little factory talk but never seen it in video. It is even creepier hearing it than reading it. I can't understand how the room didn't break out into uncomfortable giggles when Boyd said "Life Giving Substance"

In my experience mormons rarely make jokes about anything at all (loud laughter is considered a sin in the church...).

However, given that there are millions of active mormons in the world, I'm sure there'll be something somewhere of a mormon making fun of gay people.

The "radio commercial" featuring Utah computer crook/gun enthusiast Dell Schanze is probably still out there. Dell has an affinity for calling gay men "tinkerbells".
