Lots of paperwork as I watch the final of this week's PGA tournament, and then I'll hit the mean streets of Los Angeles and environs.

If not me, who?

If not now, when?

If not LA, where?

If not for money, why?

If not my way, how?

C'mon, people, these questions need answers!

My usual trip into town for coffee with friends at Good Earth and made sure to flip the bird at the cult church on my way by. This afternoon I think I'll fire up my '72 Chevy pickup and take it for a spin.

It's 11am in Salt Lake City...I was up late last night, watching one of the Miss Marple TV-movies from ITV. I sort of fell asleep, and didn't finish it.

I woke up about 9am, and after I had my bowl of oatmeal, I went back to bed to finish watching the movie and a couple of things on YouTube.

Now I gotta go get some groceries, my absolute least favorite thing to shop for.

I slept till near 12 when church here ended. Then I went and ate a good breakfast and just relaxed. Ever since I quit going its like having two saturdays instead of a torture fest every sunday morning.

Working on homework and household chores. Hoping to get some pictures of my new pottery pieces a little later. Making chicken in phyllo for dinner and watching TWD. It's about time those two got together. ;)

Just finished watching a movie that will melt your heart. "Only Yesterday," a Japanese anime film originally produced in 1991. It was released to North American audiences for the first time ever end of December, 2015.

It'll make you laugh and cry, about an adorable girl/woman who reminisces about her past as she contemplates her life.

Sound like a lot of us on RfM?

Here's the trailer, if anyone would like a preview

Retirement has put me in a kind of day to day daze. Half the time I get the days mixed up! Sunday? Oh. Hmmm, OK. Not any different than any other day. It's another day that is all mine to use as I please, and I do!

Just spent a fabulous 11 hours watching "The James Plays" the brilliant trilogy of the Mediaeval Scottish Kings. Described as Game of Thrones meets House of Cards. I wondered if I would have the stamina for a whole afternoon and evening of live theatre. The time was irrelevant. Completely absorbed in it. Breaks for High Tea and picnic supper with wine. Quite a day!

For the most part, I did what I normally do on my Sunday off except that I am waiting for my cake to bake in the oven.

Flying home from a family (non Mo) wedding, held at a golf course, with a reception filled with laughter, dancing, romance, and sexual innuendos - and a lot of happy, loud, dancing, and intoxicated young people.

Definitely non-Mo wedding.

We went to a steak restaurant for a family dinner to celebrate my parents' 65th anniversary, which was on Wednesday. It was tres yummy.

We presented them with a certificate signed by Prime Minister Trudeau.

Now I'm enjoying a hot chocolate, with whipped cream, from the coffee shop. It's a food treat kind of day. And I got to go out with short sleeves, in February, which is cool.
