Haven't posted of late due to various reasons. One being that we killed it at the 2016 Joelanta Film Festival with our latest cartoon. Its our longest to date, but still short of filling a 30 minute slot. Y'all enjoy ...

Taking a break for now. Headin' to our favorite Mexican eatery for some chow and suds.

Party on, Mates!

Well done, Timothy!

Spent the afternoon drinking my wife's special gin cocktail after a six mile walk.

This evening a nice cup of white hot chocolate with strawberry!

I await the arrival of my son and his family. He knows where my beer fridge is so I'll see what he chooses. I haven't had a beer in about 2 weeks. Been sick and then my heart issues and meds have precluded my enjoying one...but tonight it's clear sailing and I'm really gonna enjoy hoisting one with my son.

Ballast Point Victory at Sea. It's an Imperial Porter with coffee and vanilla beans, 10% ABV. Definitely a sipper.

Thought that Ballast Point Victory at Sea will have to be looked up for the future.

Right now - New Belgium FAT TIRE.

Today was my B-day..... Beer Day that is. I love going into Plano to Total Wine (oh, and to see my parents). $165 later and my fridge is well stocked again along with some good Reds and a few Whites for my wife. Shiner's and LandShark's are chillin'

I had off from work, so got to spent a part of this afternoon sampling various cheeses at a local store for our cheese and red wine tasting party. There will be at least one other ex-mo couple over our apartment tonight. Should be fun!

Having a sit in party with my sister and my best friend ever. Had some homemade strawberry limes (strawberry purée and vodka on ice)"Bellini" (Prosecco and peach purée) and "Hugo" (Prosecco, Lime, Elderberries and Soda).
My amount of daily fruits is covered I guess. We had a blast and I feel a little dizzy but not drunk. Pretty cool.

I myself am having a delicious 8oz margarita with a dash of my custom sweet and sour mix.

The wife is almost finished with her Kansas City Tea. Using some VSOP E&J because it was on sale and less than half the price of the XO Hennessy I was going to buy. She swears she can't taste a difference. Who am I to argue?

She's starting to look at me with a lusty gaze, but I know it's probably more for another glass of booze than for marital recreation. Back to the mixing counter!

I just got home from work and I am polishing off a jug of sweet tea. I am really excited to have the next four days off so I am going to enjoy every moment of it.

Finishing off my last glass of sparkling Brut Rose from France to go with a late night supper of braised beef sirachi w/broccoli.

Emphasis on simplicity.
