Yes, but it's usually the LDS Missionaries along with maybe an investigator. Missionaries and members in parts of the world (or even states) where BYU-TV isn't around; or missionaries haven't been invited to member's houses...usually end up having to go to the chapels or Stake Centers to watch.
Also many elderly or people on fixed income who don't have cable or live in retirement homes or don't have access to internet (except public libraries) show up. So the audience is a little weird (Missionaries, investigators, partial Mormon family members (who don't have control over T.V. or internet) and those on fixed incomes.
