sure we are, once lds people see and find out just how dark and twisted mormonism is that is filled with hypocrisy, lds members see a win win situation all the way around, cause now they can keep their 10% and use it more wisely and they can truly experience freedom the way the biblical Jesus Christ meant for it to be. you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.
I cannot give ANY personal details, but a couple of days ago I learned first hand that a very well educated person in a high profile job in the morridor, who used to be TBM and served a mission, has left the church behind, but I am not sure how public they have been about it.
It was a huge shock to me. There are just reasons I cannot say too much, it most certainly is not my job to "out" someone, and this is pretty new stuff. It was pretty big news to me.

Not THAT high profile, and I was told in confidence so I really must say nothing. It would be wrong to "Out" another, even here in our safe place.
Also, I was NOT speaking of high profile job in the church (have no idea of what church calling is), but in the community, and not extremely high profile (like mayor or something), but a lot of people do know and look up to this person.

I do respect that. I will patiently await the news should it become public.
Hello, and congrats! I'm happy to hear the hubby and kids left with you. May your new life outside the Morg be filled with happiness and joy and all the fun stuff they told you you weren't allowed to do.
Welcome to all new "deconverts" here. If it hadnt been for Rfm here for me 2 and 1/2 years ago, I don't know how I would have escaped from the cult. Thank you to everyone here for the endless support at all hours, and welcome to the new folks here. I look forward to chatting with you all.
Yes, I noticed too. I first came here around 2006 when Investigating the church, reading for about 6 to 9 months before posting etc. Have visited just about daily (even if just a couple of minutes sometimes when busy with work and such), but recently noticed what seems like a 'surge' of new 'de' converts etc.
Brilliant! lol
