Just a few hours ago, the D-News published a piece from mormon Senator Orrin Hatch. About his meeting with Supreme Court nominee, Merrick Garland. Hatch goes on to say why, after his meeting, he can't support Garland. Except the meeting never happened! Hatch already has excuse penned before meeting with Garland & the D-News published it online. Maybe Hatch met with the prophet who told Hatch how the meeting would go? Either way, it's another PR blunder for the church.

Well, it's the outcome that would have resulted...

Proves the church believes in mysteries and fore ordination...from the foundations of the world.

Probably no heads will roll, cuz it's just another instance of The World ganging up on the good guys.

I hope heads won't roll- these dummies just don't get it & keep looking more and more clueless. The story is getting plenty of attention by major media outlets.

Why bother with the meeting? You can just publish the meeting results without wasting time with the meeting. Genius!

DN is taken about as seriously as a high school newspaper. Everyone knows it's just a MO propaganda rag.

That's not so. People out side of Utah, and outside of mormonism, don't know it's owned by the church. They think it's a credible news source.

Not really. They are busy scratching their collective heads over the word, "Deseret."

And then the DN executive editor *lies* his behind off, saying it was only a "draft," and was "mistakenly published."

Why was a draft written before the meeting anyway?

Hatch AND the DN got caught being lying sonsobitches.

Another mormon victory.

When you said "mistakenly published" and "...obitches" it made me think of all the mistakenly published obituaries there have been.
