"priesthood" holders get.

It is immature of me, I know.

Once I was a "priesthood" holder myself and my immediate circle of family and close friends thought I was really something. I felt like they sometimes hung on my words.

I fell away.

I'm no different and in fact I spent more time doing service then I did before. I just don't announce it to the world.

Yet - the respect is gone.

The assumption is that I am a...sinner.

It is the sad reality that comes with having been in a quasi-cult I suppose.

You probably don't get acknowledged because as an outsider now, the fact that you are still a good person feels threatening to them. It's pathetic. They have a sh**ty attitude and don't act on the message of "love thy neighbor as thyself," the doctrine they always brag about being great examples of.

That would explain why some guys stay no matter how silly the doctrine is. Being devout is the easiest way to have women fawning all over you.

Chicks treat you as a "persona non grata" now because you can't be their ticket to the CK. What's that say about them?
