The OP is asking "isn't there a place where you can change from Sunday Best (Suits, Ties, Dresses, shoes) into street clothes (khakis, jeans, blouses, pants/shorts for women).
You can't do that at the temple (or at least it would be very, very frowned upon to enter or exit in anything other than Sunday Best.
I know they want you to enter and exit in your "Sunday" attire using the lockers to change into the Temple garb. But I don't recall a restroom on the way out where you could change into casual clothes like pants and T shirts, for instance.
Maybe I have a bit of exhibitionist in my but I really dont care if people see me naked, in my underwear etc.
I also played 8 years of football so that is a factor as well
I would imagine if changing at LDS temple you would have to be concerned about being seen without garments.
(as a nevermo, this was the most incredulous thing for me, really 'magic underwear'. I know Church of God women have to wear dresses or skirts but underwear)
I think it is a badge of honor for many people to go to Costco on Saturday in their Sunday attire. Everyone always knows where they've been. So special. I find it obnoxious.

Yep, just one more thing for them to use their "holier than thou" attitude. I always want to yell - "Hey everybody - these people are all wearing the same underwear!!"
