I love the first line: "Since the beginning of civilization — or maybe as far back as caveman days — humans have swindled their fellow man out of goods and money."

Even the bible condones it, think about the parable of the talents, the one dirty scoundrel who trades around and cheats everyone to get twice as many talents is praised by God?

For obvious reasons, MSN is only going to list criminal fraud cases. A lot of swindles are perfectly legal.

If legal swindles were to be counted, religion would beat out any fraud scheme they listed by orders of magnitude.
