In the linked transcript of two men talking, one suggests a strategy or excellent illustration which may generate empathy for self or others, and growth in self awareness or awareness of others', and growth in acceptance of self or others, in my opinion. Especially when anger is conceptualized with negative connotations within either your own mind & current or even past culture, or within the mind, current or past culture of some other person in how they experience post mormon anger.
