I was thinking today about how I very rarely visit this board anymore but was reminded about this place after seeing General Conference posts all over social media this week.

I just want to thank everyone for your support over the last ten years of my life when I desperately needed this place to cope with living in Utah. I had no idea when I married a jack mormon and moved to Utah what I was getting into. This board provided me with an outlet to rage and vent and a place to get my many questions answered.

Thankfully I convinced my husband to leave the state several years ago and it was the best thing we have done for our marriage. I am so happy not to deal with that religion seeping into every aspect of daily life, from words like "ward" and "service" to ridiculous liquor laws.

Anyway, I'm happy that I don't NEED this place anymore but just wanted to say thanks for being there for me when I did need it.
