You've probably seen a "supermoon" before, and--as the article states--the difference between this one and others (like the one you might have seen last month) will be "negligible."
I'm jealous !! I love this kind of stuff . It's still partly cloudy outside . We do have big trees all over the place though, but you can usually see it above. I'll try again later , when the moon usually is higher in the sky .

This morning as I was leaving for work (4:45AM), the moon was so bright all the local roosters thought it was the sun coming up. :) I think I can tell a 14% difference in brightness. No supernatural affects, of course...:)
Thanks a lot for the hint. I know nothing about this sort of stuff. I'll get hubby to do it next time. I don't know how to upload; he does. Some of the links I send , go through, like the Mormon Quaker one above, others didn't .
