As soon as you wake up in the morning, take a deep breath. As you feel the air coming in, feel grateful to be alive. At the exhale, say or think, "Thank you".
What that does is put you ahead of the curve emotionally so you can stay ahead of the curve the whole day instead of behind it. Those ten seconds can really be transformative. Powerful mojo.
