It's very similar to Islam. I often wonder why there are Islamic women militants...or even worse, "Martyrs". Don't they know that the Koran preaches that a woman who commits suicide will be worse than a dog in the afterlife (and Moslems HATE dogs as well as pigs).
LDS women will be breeding cows in the next life according to Joseph and Brigham. It's pretty creepy.
I always thought the lady militants had some kind of secret doctrine that told them when they are martyred they go to a heaven where they can have sex with 23 (I think was the number) hot young men of their choice whenever they wanted. If they didn't want sex the hot young men would be available for back-rubs and foot massages, and bringing of chocolate bonbons and margaritas, as well as clearing off of dirty dishes etc. Also, many options in delicious shoes.
I'd be so dead of blasphemy right now if I was Muslim!
I know where mine went...down the with the tub water after getting 7 kids ready for bed. How do women with that many kids survive? They couldn't have one bit of time for themselves.

My sister-in-law had her seven in eight years. They actually had seven teenagers in the house for a short period, with five used cars to be kept running in garage/on the driveway. My brother pulled that duty. We had five kids, fortunately over twelve years... but lived one block from bro, so twelve kids were often in the family room, raiding the frig... screaming at sports.
I had a Mormon girlfriend who meant sex when using that line. Unfortunately though the 'gotta-see-the-Bishop' guilt eventually got to her and that was the end of that.
Either way, it seems that Joy is the center of attention and the rest of us just have to settle for leftovers. Even Alma couldn't keep his mind off Joy. ;o)
Alma 7:5
"And I trust, according to the Spirit of God which is in me, that I shall also have Joy over you...for behold, my Joy cometh over them after wading through much affliction and sorrow."
