And this is what is on the front burner of being made legal across the country in the name of religious freedom. Makes me so ill. But, you know, there might be some molecules of gay ashes that don't get completely cleaned out of the crematorium. What if they get mixed with evangelical christian ashes? Can you even imagine a worse tragedy? (If you can't, move to Mississippi).
This is exactly the reason I give travel to the USA a miss. Next time I go to Central or South America I will take a longer flight with a Canadian stopover rather than change planes in the USA -even with Nexus.
I guess the Funeral home owners were tired of owning that business. They might as well sign it over and be done with it. Obviously they can't cope with it.
Picayune MS is a backwater hellhole. About 10K population, stuck in the 60's. Major industry is an antiquated paint plant that will probably end up as as a Superfund cleanup site. Hated going there for business. One of the least educated, lowest income places in the US. But, hey- they've got jesus.
I agree! I live north of there. About 20 years ago there was a green and white highway department made sign going into town that said Jesus Christ is Lord Over Picayune. I am a christian and found that embarrassing.
