Other than hopefully missing Pioneer Day, which I can't remember when it is but I know it is sometime in June, does anyone know if anything special is going on in Salt Lake, Provo, or even as far north as Logan that week? I'm driving West with my mom, because she doesn't want to go herself, and I don't blame her because it's about a Thousand Mile Drive from where we live. We're going to be separated a lot of the time we are there though, so I'm pretty much free to do what I want and I'll have a car. Is anything special going on like some kind of exmo event? Or even regular ex-mormon meetings that go on in Salt Lake that you guys know about? I don't get out to Utah very often and one of the few things that I rue about that fact is my lack of interaction with other people who feel the same way about Mormonism that I do.

Let me know. I guess I don't really know how often the people on this board attend face-to-face support groups. I know there is an official exmormon conference, but I'm pretty sure it's in October, right?

The 25th is the last day of the Utah Arts Festival.

I'm afraid I'll miss the arts festival :/. It's interesting how much more culturally literate salt lake city seems to be compared to the Midwest metropolitan areas I've lived in...

Hogle Zoo is in Salt Lake City for something to do outdoors.

Heritage Village might be interesting for you to walk around. It beats Temple Square.
