Can Harold Camping be prosecuted for fraud?

Anyone stupid enough to listen to Harold Camping deserves what happens to them.

Not any more than the Mormons can. Or any other church for that matter.

He has the right to free speech... what folks do with it is their problem.

I think he's a jerk but legally I don't think there's anything to be gone.

Gees! What can't a church do? Seems like claiming to be a church is a license to steal, practice psychiatry, mislead, confiscate tithes, property, time, labor and your everlasting soul!

But the church does a lot of good too...
