What kind(s) of sacrament bread are served in third world countries?

The Jesus on a tortilla thread got me wondering what the wards and branches in Bumfuq Egypt might substitute when white and delightsome Wonder bread isn't available.

Are torn up tortillas or pinched apart pita pieces pleasing to the Lord?

What if it isn't even made from wheat?

I guess if LDS leaders can substitute water for wine they can feel perfectly justified switching popcorn for traditional bread.

What they serve in sacrament meeting in the US (fake, chemical-laden, barf bread) would be considered "3rd world" standard to those actually living in the 3rd world.

I was about to say the same thing. Pick virtually anywhere else in the world, and their bread will be superior to what we have here.

The sacrament bread in one branch in Colombia where I was a missionary was provided by a local member that owned a panaderia. Really good stuff.
