I decided to try out the in-flight WiFi on this trip. I'm currently somewhere west of the Appalachians, six and a half miles above sea level. Closer to Kolob than any of you, so there!

The Exmo community exists even in the stratosphere.

I'm sure there are a bunch of missionaries and church employees also flying right now. To them I say, "Cult victims of the world, arise! You have nothing to lose but your silly underwear."

Funny you say that. I'm on a plane about to leave Salt Lake. There are about 20 missionaries on board. I can't believe I was once in their spot. While my mission was not a bad experience, I had no perspective on the world. It seemed so normal because it was what I was fed 24-7. They seem so exploited.

Isn't Tuesday when the MTC does its massive transfers of missionaries? Caravans of buses heading toward SLC to scatter youngsters in suits around the globe.

It's been a few decades since it was my turn, so I may be off.

I hate it when people are closer to kolob than I.
