Utah: Male, married, gay couple denied use of surrogate mother.

The reason this couple was denied the use of a surrogate "parent" is because they could not prove that the wife in the marriage could not become pregnant.

I would think that the fact that neither of the people in the marriage could get pregnant would qualify them, but it is Utah.
