How do you resign via e-mail?

A while back, someone on this board posted an e-mail link to e-mail your resignation to General Dodge. Does anyone on this board know what his e-mail address for this process is? Thanks in advance.

Here is someone’s Template for resignation via email with web site instructions for email conformation. Save all correspondence, print it and keep it in a safe!

Name

Membership # (if you know it, not necessary)

Birth date:

State: Mr. Dodge,

This letter is my formal resignation from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and it is effective immediately. I request NO CONTACT about the matter from local leaders. After today, the only contact I want from the church is a single letter of confirmation to let me know that I am no longer listed as a member of the church.

Send it to ( dodgegw@ldschurch.org) with a return receipt program from http://www.didtheyreadit.com so you know exactly when it's opened and read.
