Can anyone enlighten me on how I can avoid giving any money to the church? Is there any way to know if beef came from one of their ranches for example?

I already avoid going to a business that I know is run by active Mormons, not because I don't like them, but because I know 10% will go to the church.

exactly, good luck with that. boycotts are nearly impossible to pull off effectively, as corporations have their hands in so many pots.

I think they sell beef to McDonalds.

I heard (or made up) that the church has brothels in Tijuana, but no tapirs are allowed on stage.

Come on you guys, I'm might be naive, but I've been around the block a few times and I can honestly say that I've never ever seen a frozen tapir on a brothel stage, ever! Maybe Ziller has, he gets around too. However, if I do see this, I will tuck a dollar bill under it's collar.

The best way to keep the church from getting money is to discourage everyone you know from making any kind of donations to the church. Help them leave the church and bring their families with them. But most importantly, do not pay tithing or give them any money for anything. Teach your friends and family to do the same.

I am already doing that thankfully.

I'd say buy a lot of coffee and beer and spend your money at casinos. But I have a hunch you'd probably be giving them more money than you would by eating jello. They are a profitable business that knows another one when they see it.
