I'm not surprised Peterson kicked Dieter back to the Q12. Hitler didn't like his underlings to be too popular, either, nor did Nixon. For that matter, Trump is pretty intent on being the star of his own show, too. It just wouldn't do to have a lesser leader exceed the Grand Poobah in popularity.
It wouldn't surprise me if we no longer heard from Dieter at each semi-annual conference. Keep him out of sight and out of mind.

Don't know if they changed the policy, but unless there are health issues, each member of the 12 gives a talk at each conference.
Dieter was sometimes heard from more than once over the 5 sessions of each conference in the past in addition to conducting. Beyond that, he may develop some "health issues" or become the designated of-site GA. It's not quite as Kim Jong Un having his own half-brother assassinated, but They don't want him too close to the Grand Wizard Imperial and his new chosen two, because they all look bad by comparison.
