Subsequent this post, in March 2016, I was excommunicated. For a single FB post. Granted, in that post, I declared Joseph Smith to be a fraud and provably so. This violated my promise to my ecclesiastical leaders (described in that archived post) to avoid teaching what I had learned in my studies. The excommunication was driven behind the scenes by our local A-70, in conjunction with my SP who already was on board the initiative.

My second anniversary of this event just passed. I couldn't let too much time pass without thanking those who supported me in the journey that lead to my current freedom and state of full recovery! You all rock!

Oh, non-faith promoting story:

I just had a TKR March 13. Right knee. No Priesthood blessing. I am doing incredibly well recovering. In most aspects, I am ahead of "schedule".

Medical science seems more than sufficient!
