Doc even told me my range of motion is better than normal. This is really good news to me. My neck surgery actually meant something to me compared to other surgeries. Yes i still have pain in other areas but i am digging out of a deep hole bit by bit both with mind and body and eventually i will hit homeostasis or normallity. Which is the main goal. Don't care if nobody cares.

Tevai, my mammo came up clean today. So whatever is causing the intermittent pain is not life-threatening. Today was a very good day. I cried with joy and relief when my radiologist gave me the news. :)

The range of motion would be REALLY great if they just removed a few cervical vertebrae. ;)

But here's a toast to your improved condition. Huzzah!

It is a miracle but i still have work to do to get to where i really want to be. A totally pain free body and a completely deprogrammed and free mind would be awesome.

You probably don't remember, but as the veteran of innumerable surgeries, I predicted that as the post-op soreness begins to fade, you will notice things feeling better!!

I am so happy for you!!

You were correct about this one for sure. I guess the soreness won't go away until about 6-8 months and i am about at the 3 month mark. Is this true it will take that long for it to be completely gone?

This is wonderful news, Adam.

And, I think when the weather warms up there, you'll feel better all around. :)

Kathleen is right about the benefits of warm weather where orthopedic surgeries are involved. I'm so glad to hear that things are looking brighter for you, Adam.
