The movie Groundhog Day from the year of 1993

You know that movie with Bill Murray. He is playing an arrogant TV weatherman caught in a time loop.

Will not spoil anything.

But this movie is very deep and funny and I can see some of my own ego struggle in life in it.

For die-hard fans...

If you know your Groundhog stuff, you'll remember one of Phil's good deeds on his final day was catching a boy falling out of a tree, with the implication that he's done this many times before.

Go back to the hospital scene when he brings in the old homeless man (who dies). In the background in the waiting room is that same boy...with a broken arm. This was before Phil started his interventions.

Clever details there.

I just hated the song they picked that woke him up everyday from his clock radio alarm. “ I got you babe”.
They show it a lot on one of the movie channels.
I also liked “ Scrooged “. That was on a lot too.
