Note to strykary regarding your toxic and inhuman mother

I would humbly suggest that you tell your mother that if she continues to try to destroy your life, she will never hear from or see you again.

You should also file a report on the first bank for complicity in committing fraud, naming your mother as a co-conspirator. That would include contacting the police and filing a formal complaint with them. The first part of this should be done through whichever agency regulates banks in your state.
