If you are going to make it into The Celestial Kingdom you probably have to do a lot of space travel.

I was shocked to find out how prevalent a mild intolerance to milk and ice cream is. Primarily Northern Europeans and Subsaharan Africans are fully able to digest lactose.

Better than if you are going outside for a long time wear sunscreen advice.

A sun burn isn't as bad as burns in places the sun don't shine.
