One TBM bought seven pages (they are framed) - one for each of his kids.

No, but a at least some people already have.

It sounds like the ideal retirement job to me. Stay at home and mail out an occasional package of something that you already own free and clear. Get paid a few thousand bucks each time. Perfect.

Hey, if the Church™ gets $250-450 for each page sold, I'm sure they
re good with it.

Hell, I've got a big collection of old National Geographics and I don't have the heart to cut them up and sell the vintage ads for a buck a piece...

OTOH, maybe someone will actually READ one of the crappy pages and say "Whoa, this is totally man-made fan-fiction!"

That sounds insane. To think that much money could've been better utilized elsewhere. It's obscene.

Hmmmmm. I wouldn’t pay that much. Maybe $250 - $500 for a random page, more for an “important” page (Title page, Witness page, Moroni’s Promise page, etc.).

The most I have ever paid for a similar collectable is $3000 for this beauty - https://imgur.com/a/gEOxX42 I believe it has a broader appeal though than a BoM page.

I wonder if she'll be able to sell the pages that are merely copies of Isaiah?

Wouldn't that moolah be better spent on a college fund for his children?

I have to give Joe Smith some credit, he got a lot of mileage (money and sex and property and personal status) out of one of the CRAPPIEST, MOST POORLY WRITTEN, IMPLAUSIBLE, AGONIZINGLY BORING POS compositions / "books" ever written. FAR FAR MORE Than anyone ever should have. .....then he got his ass shot off, which kind of balanced things back out a little bit.

She is greedy! Surprised that a cult member would stoop to these levels.
