I'm going to say that I think you can buy one of those, or similar, at Harmons grocery store in Utah. Even though they are not owned by the church. If not then, then Deseret book, for sure.

Exmos sometimes use these for their parties.

It means the exmo guests have material to make fun of the temple. I've seen cookies and jell-o treats made in the shape of the SLC temple.
