"Kosher" means the Jewish dietary laws.
"Halal" means the Muslim dietary laws.
Sikhs can choose whether to eat meat or not, but are forbidden to eat both kosher and halal meat (because both have been slaughtered according to the respective laws of Judaism or Islam).
As Amyjo indicated, Jewish law prohibits mixing meat with "dairy" (which includes cheese, cream, and milk). One or the other can be eaten, but NOT the "other" one until after a certain period of time (a few hours) has passed.
When I visited there several years back McDonalds Japan was selling black hamburgers. Black burgers on black buns. I didn't try them, but they were a thing.
The advertisement for them looked pretty disgusting to me. Black buns over black hamburger patties? It kind of looked like eating coal. I'm sure they were very tasty. We didn't go near a McDonald's during my stay there.
No hamburgers, wieners, sausage goes into MY mouth. I'll eat chicken breast, turkey breast, roast, and then at that I am very careful and pick through it so as to not get a vein. And now Schneiders Au Naturel and Yves makes damn good meatless hamburger patties and chicken patties, etc. When I want a hamburger or chicken burger, I go with those.
