Do most Mormons believe they'll have addictions in their hereafter?

Gramps did. May his have followed him into his hereafter...

I couldn't find an "official" answer but I found this gem.

So, if a Mormon is addicted to salt, sugar, and fat won't they be hanging around donut shops like Gramps' dead alcoholics did around bars?

But really. Think about it. IF Mormons believe that they will be haunted by their addictions in their afterlife what about food addiction? Dead porn addicts crowding around computer screens. Dead drug addicts around junkies. Dead alcoholics around bars. Dead food addicts in grocery stores?

I've heard that before, but I always heard many different things

and I wasn't sure about this one.

I'm definitely a food addict. I want to be a food addict in the next life (not really an addict), but I want to be able to eat what I want and not get fat. haha

I'd drink more, but I'm cheap! I have 3 siblings who I would consider "functioning" alcoholics meaning they hold down jobs, etc., and are very good at their jobs, but they drink a lot after work (they've told me they also think they are functioning alcoholics).

I think that is only in The Celestial Kingdom where women are beautiful, pregnant all the time, and not fat.
