**Excommunication Appeal**

Will be sent to the Stake President today and read publicly Thursday morning at 11am CT.

It will be broadcast live on Protect LDS Children FB page. News media have been invited.

If you are in Houston, please come by and participate. It will be held at my office. All details are in the press release below.

Just a guess here.

But, by appealing the excommunication, he is putting the topic right back in the media. It’s a “Look-what-they-did-to-me!!!” statement.

They will want him to say he’s sorry, and he won’t.

If that’s the case, I think it’s a brilliant move.

I'm pretty sure he'd hoped he'd get excommunicated so he could take it to this next level. Its the best way to get back into/keep in the media. And a chance to air his full aggrievances to the 1st presidency.

Pretty sure he knows the appeal will be denied as well.

I for one didn't realize you could actually appeal these decisions. Man, the "church court" is pretentious.
