Frankly, I think tscc making Mormon a dirty word will help us on the internet. Everyone will be looking for information on Mormonism and tscc will be calling themselves TCOJCOLDS where nobody wants to type that much in. They have even vilified LDS so a recovery site like us will have the upper hand.

I think this place can help people recover from all kinds of Mormonism. It has been a plague mutating in different ways from its first decade in existence I think.

Well the name thing is a prophetic proclamation is it not? We don't give a rat's a** what the Mormon prophet wants, says, does on this forum.

We aren't quite Mormon Honey Badgers. We give a rat's ass just not as much as Robert Kirby does. He makes a living on that rat's ass.

I don't own the forum so it's not my call to make, but I'm not sure why anyone here would think we need to honor the wishes or "prophecies" of a senile old man.

...Some sustain him as a prophet of ghawd... (Talk about modest!)

It's part of recovery to acknowledge the elephant in the middle of the room, named "Mormon."

You make a very good point. The less Mormons refer to themselves as Mormons, the easier it will be for someone searching to find RfM and other resources online.

TSCC makes EVERYTHING dirty, including itself.

Help on the internet? Who needs help on the internet?

People come here for information. Never go to the lds.

Who needs the upper hand when you have the backhand?

Might try using it more often.
