I sure hope the locals are doing ok up there and there isn't much devastation...

Holy moly. That is a major earthquake.

My grandmother, rest her soul, lived in the shadows of them mountains you share there in SLC from her vantage point in Ogden. From her backyard she had a real good view of the Wasatch range.
