God might be a machine

Machines are perfect, efficient, cannot be tempted and never fail to astound those who are paying close attention.

Only a machine would create a place for endless torment. Only a machine can be more righteous than David Bednar. Only a machine would be able to reduce the hours wasted each Sunday by an inspired organization. Only a machine is unaffected by greed, boredom, exhaustion or lies.

If you were in the presence of a warm, shiny machine, would you accept it as your Heavenly Father for all eternity?

If that same machine dispensed free planets, could you resist?
