Did Rusty Bear His Testimony to NZ Official

Did he act like a true prophet?
Did he testify he was Gods chosen Prophet?
Did he tell her book of Mormon was true?
Did he tell her the Church is the true Church?
Did he call her to repentance?

Both parties are operators and PR merchants.

So no to the first two, maybe for the middle one and unlikely for the last one.
