AMERICAN FORK, Utah (AP) — A filmmaker who co-founded the Sundance Film Festival and produced a movie whose lead actress won an Oscar in the mid-1980s was sentenced Tuesday to at least six years in prison after pleading guilty to sexual abuse of a child.

He will be a registered sex offender for life.

Adult pedophiles do not rehabilitate. They should be locked up for life. I don't know why they aren't either.

Six years in prison (or perhaps half that for "good behavior") all by himself. The general population would never put up with him.
