So, since immortal sperm can swim forever I suppose he only has intercourse once for each wife and she will have enough sperm to last for a few million years or so. I suppose if he wants to have sex more than once every few million years it will take many, many wives to do so.

That said, this brings up the next issue: What happens to Heavenly Mother's placenta once she gives birth? Do they eat it or it just hangs out forever since it is immortal as well...? If they eat it then does it digest in an immortal belly?
