As long as the family gets this car to drive around in...
https://www.peakkia.com/cc-2018-kia-optima-for-sale-in-littleton-co/I think you'll get optimal value from the name, if you make it a family theme. If a little sister comes along, she should be named "Maxima".
Unfortunately, some teasing and ribbing at school will be inevitable and that's a sub-optimal situation. But if you teach Optimus to always be optimistic, then you can keep the trauma and soul scarring to a minimum.
We worried when we named our first-born son "Gluteus Maximus". Our intention was to inspire him to be like a famous Rear Admiral of the Roman Imperial Fleet of whom we had heard many good things. Some busybodies scolded us and told it was assinine to give such a name to a child. We couldn't understand. Maybe they had something against Rome or rear admirals in general. Maybe they were gluten-intolerant and were triggered by the name "Gluteus". Who knows? All we know is that young Glute (his nickname) grew up and was admitted to the U.S. Naval Academy and...here's the kicker...he was promoted to Rear Admiral just last month. People thought he would be the butt of many jokes, but look at him now, Rear Admiral Gluteus Maximus. We're so proud!
